Russia reported a large-scale Ukrainian drone attack involving over 130 unmanned aerial vehicles, with Moscow and Bryansk regions claiming to have shot down numerous drones.

Russian Defense Claims

The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that its air defense systems had destroyed 102 Ukrainian drones over several regions including Bryansk, Kaluga, Tula, and Moscow. Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin reported that 13 drones targeting the capital were intercepted, with emergency services responding to the incidents.

Bryansk Region Impact

Bryansk region governor Alexander Bogomaz reported that 120 drones were destroyed in the region. The attack prompted temporary flight restrictions at Domodedovo airport, located about 37 km south of Moscow, though these have since been lifted.

Krasnodar Krai Attack

Ukrainian forces conducted an attack on a Russian oil terminal in the village of Volna in Krasnodar Krai, near the Black Sea. Local administration head Benjamin Kondratiev reported that the attacks were repelled from late evening through the night, with oil export facilities including a warehouse and terminal reportedly damaged.

Ukrainian Confirmation

The Ukrainian General Staff confirmed the attacks, also claiming to have struck a Russian Pantsir-S1 self-propelled anti-aircraft artillery missile system in the Russian-controlled Crimea region near the settlement of Kacha.
