The Lublin Regional Office has launched an investigation into unidentified flying objects (UFOs) suspected of illegally crossing the Polish border. According to prosecutors, the case involves a criminal offense under Article 165 paragraph 1, point 5 of the Polish Criminal Code, in conjunction with Aviation Acts.
Investigation Scope
The investigation will cover all incidents related to the illegal entry of UFOs into Polish territory. The Lublin Regional Prosecutor’s Office will lead the proceedings with the 8th Division of Military Prosecutors.
Denial of Flight Hero Claims
The representative of the Lublin Prosecutor’s Office firmly denied rumors circulating in the media that prosecutors were considering charging the operational commander of the armed forces for considering shooting down objects. The authority emphasized that more information would be released in the near future.
