Incident Details

At just before 9 a.m. a sand spreader lost traction on a viaduct in the village of Mniszek, Wolanów municipality, Radomski County, causing the vehicle to collide with energy‑absorbing barriers and overturn.

Injured Operator

The 57‑year‑old driver was hurt in the crash. EMTs on the scene administered first aid before transporting him to a nearby hospital.

Emergency Response

Firefighters secured the accident scene, removed wreckage from the roadway, and assisted in restoring the area. Police documented the incident and directed traffic during the operation.

Traffic Disruption

During rescue and clean‑up, the entire viaduct was blocked, forcing drivers to contend with severe delays on that segment of the road.

Investigation
