Details of the Collision
A tractor with a partially loaded trailer was traveling along Łukasza Drewny Street from central Warsaw towards Konstancin-Jeziorny. Two 14-year-olds were riding a single electric scooter in the same direction.
Preliminary investigations suggest the teenagers attempted to overtake the tractor on the right side. Simultaneously, the tractor driver turned right to enter a field, resulting in a collision.
Injuries and Transport
One of the boys was unharmed. The other sustained serious injuries after being run over by the tractor’s trailer. Both teenagers were not wearing helmets.
Rescuers provided on-site first aid to the injured teen before transporting him by LPR helicopter to a Warsaw hospital. Police remained at the scene for an extended period, conducting inspections, measurements, and documenting the incident to determine the precise circumstances.
