Search in Małopolska Ends: Mother and Two Young Children Found

A 30-year-old woman and her two young sons were found in a Małopolska forest massif at 5:20 p.m. following a search involving police, firefighters, and rescue teams.

Discovery in the Forest Massif

A 30-year-old woman from the Piwniczna-Zdrój municipality and her two sons, aged one and two, were located at 5:20 p.m. in the forest massif where the search had originally commenced.

Krakow police spokesperson Inspector Katarzyna Cisło stated that the group’s health is good, though an ambulance was called to the scene due to the very young age of the children.

Search and Investigation Details

The disappearance was reported around 12:30 p.m., prompting a response that included 17 police units, seven fire units, approximately 50 firefighters, police dogs, and GOPR rescuers using quads and drones.

Authorities also conducted searches at the homes of friends and family members. The reasons for the disappearance remain unknown and are currently under investigation.
