A serious four-vehicle collision occurred on Wirażowa Street in the night of January 20-21 when an unlicensed driver lost control of his Mini during an alleged street race.

The Collision Incident

In the night from January 20 to 21, around 23:35, a serious traffic incident involving four vehicles occurred on Wirażowa Street: a Mini, Mercedes, Renault, and Audi. According to information from the scene, illegal races were taking place at the time of the collision, and Wirażowa Street is known as a popular location for such activities.

Unofficial information suggests that two cars were racing. At some point, both drivers of the Mini and Mercedes ran a red light, but for unknown reasons, the Mini driver lost control of the vehicle, went off the road, rolled over, and collided with Audi. In the ricochet, Renault and Mercedes were also struck.

Emergency Response

Firefighters, medical rescue teams, and police were dispatched to the scene. Firefighters secured the accident site, disconnected the batteries from the vehicles, and dealt with leaking operational fluids. Once it was confirmed that no one was injured, the vehicles were removed from the roadway and traffic flow was restored.

Police Investigation

Police questioned all participants in the incident – all were sober. It was also established that the Mini driver did not have a valid driver’s license. The case has been referred to court.
