25 November 2025 – 13:30 to 19:30 (Tuesday)
Pronounced cloud cover, mostly thick and complete, covers the country. In the south and south‑east light rain occurs; otherwise snow falls, often mixing with rain, especially in the centre and north‑east where freezing drizzle and ice‑pavement conditions can develop. Snow totals up to about 10 mm are expected from Lower Silesia to Małopolska, adding roughly 3 cm of snow cover, with the Tatra Mountains gaining about 10 cm. Possible fog in the north may reduce visibility to 500 m. Temperatures range from 0 °C in the north and north‑east, 2 °C in the centre, to 7 °C by the south‑east. Winds are weak to moderate, with occasional gusts in the foothills of the Carpathians up to 90 km/h and sporadic blizzards at high altitude.
25 November 2025 – 19:30 to 26 November 2025 (Tuesday/Wednesday)
Nighttime skies are fully overcast with localized gaps in the north. Snow and rain‑mix precipitation occur, with rain‑drizzle and ice‑pavement possible in the north‑east. Snow totals may reach 10 mm north‑east and 15 mm south‑west. From Lower Silesia and Opole down to the Masurian Lakes and Podlasie, snow can become intense, adding 8–10 cm of cover in most places and 15–20 cm in the Carpathians. During snowfall, visibility may drop to 200 m. Minimum temperatures generally lie between ‑2 °C and 1 °C, warmer on the south‑east coast at about 3 °C. Winds are weak, occasionally moderate in the north and west, with gusts up to 85 km/h in the Carpathians and 60 km/h in the Sudetes, occasionally producing blizzards.
26 November 2025 – 19:30 to 27 November 2025 (Wednesday/Thursday)
Cloud cover remains complete at night with occasional gaps in the north. Snow falls, sometimes mixed with rain and rain‑mix, and in the east light rain is also reported. In the north‑east, freezing drizzle may induce ice‑pavements, with total snowfall adding 10–15 mm. From Lower Silesia and Opole to the Masurian Lakes, snow remains moderate, introducing 6–10 cm of cover in most areas and about 13 cm in the centre overall. Visibility can drop to 200 m during snowfall. Minimum temperatures range from ‑2 °C to 1 °C, about 4 °C on the coast, and in the Carpathian foothills down to ‑5 °C. Winds are weak to moderate, gusting up to 55 km/h in Lower Silesia and up to 65 km/h along the coast, with gusts up to 100 km/h in the Sudetes and 70 km/h in the Carpathians, potentially causing snowdrifts and blizzards.
Day‑time Weather Summary – 26 – 27 November 2025
During the day, cloudiness is large across the country. In the east, light rain occurs; elsewhere, snow is predominant, with occasional rain‑mix. In the centre, light rain also falls. The north‑east may experience freezing drizzle causing ice‑pavement. The east sees a total rainfall of up to 10–15 mm. The corridor from Silesia through Warmia‑Masuria and into the foothill and high‑altitude Carpathians receives moderate snowfall, adding about 10–15 cm to the snow cover. Visibility during snowfall may reduce to 200 m. Maximum temperatures across most of the country are between ‑1 °C and 3 °C, reaching 5 °C on the coast, while the east and south‑east enjoy slightly warmer temperatures of 4–9 °C. Winds are weak to moderate, occasionally gusty, with the strongest gusts along the coast and in the Sudetes, where they can reach up to 100 km/h, potentially producing snowdrifts and blizzards.
