A shootout in the Polish village of Smogorzewo on Sunday night left at least two injured as police confirmed a criminal intervention after vehicles departed the gun‑stocking property.

A police report said that around 8:00 p.m. on November 2, authorities received a call about gunfire in Smogorzewo, Gostyń County, Greater Poland. The incident occurred on a private property that housed a weapon and ammunition storage.
Police Response
Responding officers found a vehicle abandoned on the premises and detained three individuals. Two of them were lightly wounded, according to Deputy District Commander Monika Curyk.
Ongoing Investigation
Police say firearms were used and that the incident is being treated as a criminal event. Witnesses report that the vehicles left the site heading toward the nearby village of Piaski.
