Poll Finds 47.7% Support Party Delegalization
The December 16‑17 survey of 800 adult internet users showed that 47.7% of respondents believe the Polish coalition “Constitution of the Polish Crown” (Konfederacja Korony Polskiej) should be delegalized, while 27.7% disagreed and 24.6% remained undecided. Demographic analysis revealed higher support among women (51%), respondents with higher education (51%), and those over 50 (53%).
MSWiA Chief Weighs In on Delegalization Scenario
Marcin Kierwiński, head of the Ministry of State Administration and Interior, told RMF FM that delegalization of the party is feasible, although he could not confirm whether it would occur, noting that legal decisions rest with courts. He cited “lies about Polish history, spreading hatred, aggression, and anti‑Polish statements that contradict Polish reality” as grounds for potential delegalization.
Braun’s Party Ranks Third in Nationwide Survey
On December 17, the All‑Nation Research Group released a poll where Braun’s coalition occupied third place with 11.8%, following Civic Coalition (35.29%) and Law and Justice (31.21%). The Confederation received 10.67%; other parties did not enter parliament.
