Instead of simply seeking the Prime Minister’s consent in writing by the head of the President’s chancellery, a huge controversy erupted.
The situation is clear: ministers and heads of services are subordinates of the Prime Minister. The elementary order of the state requires that the Prime Minister consent to such meetings.
The Prime Minister also does not invite officials of the President without his knowledge and consent.
