On April 19th around 2:30 PM in Jaworzno, Poland, six minors allegedly robbed and assaulted a 14-year-old and his father during a bike ride.
Robbery and Assault Incident
The incident occurred around 2:30 PM on April 19th on Paderewski Street in Jaworzno, Silesian Voivodeship. Police reported that the 14-year-old and his father were on a bicycle ride when approached by six minors.
According to police, the father turned his bicycle to intervene between the attackers and his son, but fell. The teenagers then allegedly began kicking the father, including in the head. Fearing for their safety, the 14-year-old handed over clothing demanded by the attackers.
Police Investigation and Motive
The victims reported the incident to the Jaworzno police. Investigators have determined the motive for the robbery was a demand for clothing bearing the emblems of a Jaworzno football club.
Police questioned the teenagers in the presence of their legal guardians. The collected evidence has been forwarded to the family court.

The suspects in the robbery and assault are reportedly affiliated with the GKS Katowice football fan base.
Potential Consequences for the Minors
Under the Act on Supporting and Resocializing Minors, the perpetrators face serious consequences. The family court may impose educational measures, including probation supervision, behavioral obligations, placement in a care center, or a correctional facility.
The Polish Press Agency reports that proceedings are already underway before the family court regarding other criminal offenses allegedly committed by two of the teenagers.
