Special Timetable and Track Closure

Trains on the Warsaw Commuter Railway (WKD) will operate on a special schedule between Warsaw Śródmieście and Komorów over the weekend of September 20-21, with trains running on one track only.

The changes are necessary for the delivery and unloading of new rails before planned track and switch replacement work.

Train Frequency and Connections

Trains will run every 70 minutes in one direction on the affected section, with additional courses launched between Komorów and Grodzisk Mazowiecki (every 30-40 minutes) and between Komorów and Milanówek (every 70 minutes).

All trains starting and ending at Warsaw Śródmieście WKD station will provide connections to/from Grodzisk Mazowiecki Radońska station.

Ticket Validity and Further Work

During the disruptions, valid WKD period tickets will be honored on Mazovian Railways trains on the Grodzisk Mazowiecki – Warsaw Śródmieście section.

The railway operator plans to continue work in the following week, with the closure of track no. 1 between Komorów and Podkowa Leśna Główna stations on September 27-28.
