Police from the Mokotów branch of the Asset Crime Fighting Division detained the suspects in the city district.
Two Separate Theft Incidents
In October a motorcycle valued at 4,000 PLN was reported stolen, and a month later a scooter worth 1,000 PLN was taken from a neighboring area.
Same Suspects Identified
Operational actions revealed that the same 17‑ and 21‑year‑old individuals were responsible for both thefts, leading investigators to their residences.
Charges and Possible Penalties
Both men surrendered during questioning, and the evidence allows prosecutors to charge them with theft, carrying a potential sentence of up to five years imprisonment.
