A poll shows 94.94% of respondents reject foreign interference in Poland’s political conflicts.
Dispute Involving US Ambassador
Several days ago, we reported on a discussion surrounding US Ambassador Tom Rose and Marshal of the Sejm Włodzimierz Czarzasty. The debate expanded to include Congressman Don Bacon, followed by MEP Arkadiusz Mularczyk, who addressed the American politician about what he termed the “anti-American policy” of the government. Łódź City Council Chairman Bartosz Domaszewicz responded to these remarks. We conducted a reader survey on this topic, with results outlined below.
Survey Results
One answer clearly dominated, with a significant difference between options. When asked whether foreign partners should be engaged in internal political disputes, 94.94% of voters (7,844 out of 8,262) selected “No” (as of February 12, 2026). Only 3.57% (295 votes) chose “Yes,” while 1.49% (123 people) selected “No opinion,” the least popular option.
Reader Comments
Reader comments were similarly outspoken. The discussion extended beyond the survey to include comments regarding both the MEP’s statements and the broader context of US-Poland relations. Four comments published in the past five days best capture the tone of this exchange:
