On Monday, May 4th, around 9:20 AM, patrolling police officers at Warsaw Chopin Airport noticed a package left on the hood of a car.

The incident occurred in the area of the airport’s train and bus terminals.

Bomb Squad Deployed, Traffic Disrupted

Due to the nature of the report, bomb disposal experts from the Vistula River Border Guard Unit were called to the scene, and traffic on the airport’s lower level was temporarily closed.

The closure affected the area serving train and bus traffic.

No Threat Found, Operations Concluded

The investigation conducted by the authorities revealed nothing suspicious. Operations concluded shortly after 10:00 AM.
