Tajik Citizen Compulsorily Deported from Poland

51-year-old Tajik national forcibly deported from Poland after illegal stay despite prior deportation order.

Illegal Stay Detected

As a result of yesterday’s control operations conducted in the capital, officers from the Border Guard Station in Warsaw detained a 51-year-old citizen of Tajikistan who was illegally staying in Poland without implementing the return decision issued a year earlier.

Expired Documents and Previous Deportation Order

During the check of the legality of stay, the man presented an expired biometric passport along with Romanian and Hungarian type D visas, which also lost their temporal validity. Moreover, officers established that the foreigner last year received a decision obligating him to return with a one-year ban on entry to the Schengen area, which he did not comply with, staying illegally in Poland the whole time.

Pneumatic Weapon Discovery

Additionally, during the procedures, a pneumatic weapon was found on him. The item was secured procedurally and handed over for specialized examinations to determine its technical parameters and to establish whether it is subject to mandatory registration under the provisions of the Act on Arms and Ammunition.

Compulsory Deportation Carried Out

This morning in the early hours, the 51-year-old Tajik was taken to the Warsaw-Okęcie air border crossing for the compulsory enforcement of the return decision.
