A 16-year-old riding an electric scooter was hospitalized Tuesday evening after a collision with a car on Powsińska Street in Warsaw’s Mokotów district.

The incident occurred at 9:08 PM on Powsińska Street in the Mokotów district of Warsaw. Preliminary findings indicate that the driver of a Seat Ibiza failed to exercise due caution while turning right, resulting in a collision with the 16-year-old on an electric scooter traveling in a bicycle lane.
The impact caused the scooter rider to collide with the side of the car, severely damaging the car door and shattering a window.

The injured 16-year-old sustained bodily injuries and was transported to a hospital. Both the scooter rider and the car driver were confirmed to be sober at the scene.
