Russia’s delegation is headed by Krylym Dmitriyev, the chief of the state wealth fund, nicknamed the “right hand” of Vladimir Putin.

Russia insists on Crimea and the Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions.
