Police in Warsaw stopped a Toyota driver who, despite having three lifetime driving bans and being wanted by prosecutors, was found with over 2‰ alcohol in his system.

Last week, Warsaw Traffic Police were dispatched to Malborska Street after a report of a Toyota suspected of alcohol consumption. Officers observed the vehicle moving on the street.

The driver stopped the car, then exited and attempted to flee toward nearby buildings. Rapid police action prevented any escape, with three passengers also present.

Inspections revealed the driver had three active lifetime driving bans issued in 2019, 2020, and 2021, and was listed as wanted by two prosecutors.
