A driver died Monday in a single-car crash on provincial road 632 near Warsaw after colliding with a tree.
Accident Details
On Monday, February 2nd, before noon, a tragic accident occurred on provincial road No. 632 in the village of Stanisławów Pierwszy in Legionowo district. A car driver died after hitting a roadside tree.
Preliminary findings indicate that a man driving a Volkswagen car suddenly left the road for unknown reasons and struck a tree. The vehicle was likely traveling from Marki towards Rembelszczyzna, with the driver being alone. From the consequences of the incident, it appears that the vehicle’s speed must have been significant.
Emergency Response
A medical rescue team arrived at the scene and confirmed the death of the driver. Firefighters secured the area of the incident. The accident was also confirmed by the District Police Headquarters in Legionowo.
“The report of the accident reached us a few minutes before 12:00,” said Asst. Com. Justyna Stopińska, spokesperson for the Legionowo police.
Traffic Impact
Authorities reported traffic difficulties as provincial road No. 632 was blocked in both directions. Police were directing traffic to alternate routes.
Further actions at the scene will be conducted by the police under the supervision of a prosecutor, and the road will remain blocked until the police complete their work.
