A 31-year-old driver of the Volkswagen Passat collided with a left-turning Ursus tractor on DW 544 near Żebry Idźki on Wednesday, September 17, around 4 PM. The car veered into a ditch, rolled over, and struck a tree. The vehicle carried the driver, a 33-year-old woman, and two children aged 2 and 6.
Medical response and aftermath
Emergency services, including an air ambulance, transported the critically injured 6-year-old girl to a hospital, but she died days later from her injuries. Other occupants sustained minor injuries. Both drivers were confirmed sober by police.
