Around 3:30 PM, a dangerous incident occurred involving a heavy goods vehicle at the roundabout at the junction of Estrady and Radiowa streets in Klaudyn, Warsaw West County.
Preliminary findings indicate that the driver of the truck, operating in a tandem configuration, drove the rear trailer onto the curb while exiting the roundabout.
Trailer Instability and Overturn
As a result, the trailer carrying waste lost stability and overturned onto its side.
Emergency Response and Traffic Management
Firefighters and police worked at the scene, securing the area and undertaking actions to remove the effects of the overturned trailer.
The street was blocked during the emergency services’ operations, with disruptions lasting until the activities were completed and the area was cleared.
No Injuries and Penalties
No one was injured in the incident. The driver was sober and possessed the required qualifications.
Police issued the driver a fine of 1100 Polish Złoty.
