Poland’s Prime Minister Donald Tusk reacted to the inclusion of a YouTuber known for pro-Russian narratives on a new media advisory council.
New Media Council Established
The President’s Chancellery announced on Wednesday that the New Media Council will “support the head of state in matters of digital transformation, the media market, and challenges related to new technologies.”
The council’s tasks include “diagnosing the condition of contemporary media, assessing their impact on society, and preparing good practices and systemic solutions.” The council comprises 27 members.
Controversial Appointment of Paweł Swinarski
