Twelve Fire Crews Respond to House Fire in Piaseczno County

Twelve fire crews were dispatched to Many, Piaseczno County, on Tuesday, March 17th, around 3:00 PM, following reports of a house fire.

Initial Reports Indicated Potential for Occupant Rescue

Twelve fire crews were dispatched on Tuesday, March 17th, around 3:00 PM to the village of Many in Piaseczno County, responding to a report of a fire in a single-family home with potential occupants needing assistance.

Significant fire resources were deployed due to initial reports suggesting a building fire and the possibility of people inside.

All Occupants Evacuated Before Firefighter Arrival

However, upon arrival, firefighters found the situation less critical than initially reported, as all occupants had already evacuated the house.

“All persons had left the building before the arrival of the fire department,” stated Junior Fire Brigade Officer Łukasz Darmofalski from the Piaseczno County State Fire Service Headquarters.

Medical Assessment Finds No Injuries

The individuals who were previously inside the home were taken into the care of a medical rescue team.

After examination by medical personnel, no injuries were found. “These individuals were taken over by the medical rescue team, but after examination, it turned out that they were not injured,” added Darmofalski.

Fire Confined to Attic Laundry Room

The fire affected the attic of the building, where a laundry room was located. Firefighters conducted rescue and firefighting operations for approximately 1.5 hours.

The operation concluded without any reports of injuries.
