Two Interpol Red Notice Men Arrested at Chopin Airport

Polish border police arrested two international fugitives at Warsaw Chopin Airport on September 12 and 13—one Ukrainian man wanted by Ukraine for human trafficking charges and another Bolivian suspect wanted for theft and fraud.

Ukrainian Citizen Apprehended

A 23-year-old Ukrainian man was detained upon arrival from Frankfurt on September 12. He allegedly organized illegal migration and faced extradition efforts from Ukraine.

Swedish Citizen Apprehended

A 54-year-old Swedish citizen was arrested the following day from a flight originating in Gothenburg. The man faced charges from Bolivian authorities for theft and fraud.

Legal Proceedings

After interrogation at the Warsaw Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, both suspects were placed under 7-day pre-trial detention by order of the court. The Ukrainian citizen is also facing administrative proceedings regarding his forcible return decision.
