Two People Injured in Crash on National Road 7

On Sunday 7 December 2025 at about 15:00, a Fiat collided with a Renault on Poland’s National Road 7 near Tarczyna, leaving two people injured and immobilized.

Collision Details

The incident involved a Fiat and a Renault. The Renault rear‑ended the forward‑moving Fiat, causing the Fiat to skid off the road into a roadside ditch. The damaged Fiat was extricated after roughly an hour using specialized equipment.

Emergency Response

Responders included the State Fire Service (three brigades), Volunteer Fire Service (two brigades), a police patrol, and a medical rescue team. Firefighters secured the scene, assessed the occupants, and provided assistance until the medical team assumed care.

Road Closure

The stretch of National Road 7 heading toward Warsaw was completely blocked during emergency operations. Drivers were required to stop at the scene until the closure ended, approximately one hour after the crash.

On‑Site Investigations

Police officers collected statements from participants and witnesses, documented the collision, and recorded evidence to reconstruct the event for legal and safety review.

Injuries and Medical Care

Two people were injured and handed over to the on‑site medical team; no one was transported to a hospital.
