Stanisław Tyszka announced that a meeting was set to take place later in the year under the United Right governments. At the time, he was a member of the Kukiz’15 party and is now a Eurodeputy for the Confederation.

Kowalski claimed he organized the meeting and suggested using the Fair Fund (Fundusz Sprawiedliwości) for political advantage. He said the proposal was rejected and that everyone knew Minister Ziobro had to answer for any wrongdoing.

In a social‑media post, Kowalski labeled Tyszka an “ordinary liar” and said he was filing a private indictment for defamation under Article 212 of the Polish criminal code. He stated that lies will soon be prosecuted.
