President Donald Trump said he has set multiple deadlines, that they would be extended only if progress continues, and that Thursday is the appropriate time for Ukraine to decide. He stated, “I had many deadlines, but if matters are progressing well, the deadlines extend. But it is Thursday. We consider this the right time.”
Zelensky Speaks on Pressure
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky posted on his social media that the country faces one of the toughest moments in its history. He warned that the pressure from the United States is among the most difficult and that Ukraine must choose either dignity or risk losing a key partner.
