The incident occurred yesterday after 4:00 PM on a green area located at 1 Lniana Street in Warsaw’s Targówek district. The unexploded ordnance was unearthed during cleanup operations following a weekend running event held at the site.

Police Intervention and Security

Upon discovering the suspicious object, workers notified local authorities. Police officers arrived at the scene, secured the perimeter, and maintained a guard for several hours to prevent unauthorized access. The item was confirmed to be a real projectile, measuring approximately 10 centimeters in diameter and 15 centimeters in length.
