Unidentified Object Falls in Mazovia, Poland; Area Secured

An unidentified object crashed in the Mazovia region of Poland this morning, prompting a security response from police and fire services.

Object Under Investigation

Police are investigating the nature of the object, confirming no injuries have been reported. The forested area where the object fell has been secured by police and firefighters, with personnel working at the scene.

Fall Occurred Away From Buildings

The object fell before noon, in a location distant from any buildings, according to RMF FM reporter Kacper Wróblewski. A package was attached to the object, but its contents are currently unknown.

Possible Smuggling Balloon

Unofficial reports from Polsat News suggest the object may be a smuggling balloon, described as a “construction with a suspended load.” A second balloon was also reportedly found in the Sokółka county.
