The University of Warsaw’s Ancient History and Modern Languages programs are among the best globally, according to the Quacquarelli Symonds rankings.

The University of Warsaw has 27 scientific disciplines included in the QS World University Rankings by Subject.

Among the highest-ranked programs are Ancient History (ranked 51-150) and Modern Languages (ranked 92nd).

First-Time Inclusion for Five Disciplines

Five disciplines at the University of Warsaw have been ranked for the first time this year: Ancient History, Anthropology, Religious Studies, Communication and Media Studies, and Materials Engineering.

The QS World University Rankings are compiled by Quacquarelli Symonds, a British company specializing in education and international student placement.

It is considered one of the four most important global university rankings, alongside Times Higher Education, the Shanghai Ranking, and U-Multirank.
