Police in Mszczonów have apprehended a 44-year-old man who, accompanied by a minor, caused 6,800 PLN in damages by jumping on the roofs of two parked vehicles on June 7th.
Destruction of Private Property
On Sunday, June 7, a 44-year-old man climbed onto the roof of a parked Fiat on a street in Mszczonów. A minor soon joined him, and both individuals proceeded to jump on the vehicle’s roof. Subsequently, the 44-year-old moved to an adjacent Audi and began jumping on that car as well.
Swift Police Intervention
Local officers from the Mszczonów station immediately launched an investigation to identify the perpetrators. Their efforts were successful, and the man was located and detained on the same day.
Legal Consequences for Participants
The suspect has admitted to the property damage, which totaled 6,800 PLN. He will now face charges in court. Because a minor was involved, materials regarding the child’s conduct have been forwarded to the Family Court in Żyrardów to evaluate potential demoralization.
