Shortly after midnight, a parked vehicle caught fire on Warsaw’s Burakowska Street, completely engulfing the car before firefighters brought it under control.
Fire Origin and Spread
The fire started in the engine compartment area and quickly spread to other parts of the parked vehicle on Warsaw’s Wola district.
Emergency Response
Two fire brigades and several police crews were dispatched to the scene. Firefighters applied one water jet and quickly brought the fire under control.
Aftermath and Investigation
No one was injured in the incident. The causes and exact circumstances of the fire are not yet known. There was smoke over the scene for about ten minutes.
