Investigators say the vehicle did not adjust its speed to the prevailing road conditions; it veered off the road onto the sidewalk, first hitting a lamp post, then the cemetery wall.

Offender Profile

The woman was found to be sober, yet she possessed a court‑issued driving ban and was also a wanted person. She was taken to hospital and arrested after the collision.

Emergency Response

Firefighters, medical rescue units and police arrived on the scene, secured the area and conducted investigations. During the operations, one lane toward the city centre was blocked.
