The Warsaw District Court freed patostreamers Wojciech O. (“Jaszczur”) and Marcin O. (“Ludwiczek”) on June detainment, and prosecutors plan to appeal the decision on 21 November.

Court Removes Detainees

The Warsaw District Court set free Wojciech O. (pseudonym “Jaszczur”) and Marcin O. (“Ludwiczek”) after lifting their pre‑trial detention, as reported by TVP.Info. Both were held in custody since June and face accusations of 154 crimes in total.

Prosecutors from the Warsaw‑Praga District Office are expected to file an urgent appeal of the decision on 21 November.

Alleged Escape to Belarus

The Center for Monitoring Racist and Xenophobic Behaviours (OMZRiK) posted online that it has evidence that Wojciech O. intends to flee to Belarus. It is unclear whether the recorded conversation has been provided to investigators.

Charges Highlighted

The indictment, presented in court in August, accuses the pair of publicly praising crimes and violence based on political affiliation, threatening violence over political differences, insulting persons on racial grounds, and encouraging racial hatred.

Rodacy Kamraci Background

Rodacy Kamraci, the far‑right nationalist and neo‑fascist movement deregistered in 2024, has been linked to both men. Wojciech O. has a prior conviction for similar offences and served time.

Investigators are examining more than 1,200 incidents from 2015‑2024 involving the two operators.
