Voivodeship Administrative Court dismisses foundation complaint, ruling veterinary clinics need entrepreneur status for legal operation.
Court Rejects Foundation’s Appeal
The Voivodeship Administrative Court in Warsaw dismissed a complaint filed by a foundation against a resolution of the National Medical and Veterinary Council to remove it from the register.
Business Status Mandatory for Veterinary Practices
The court ruled that operating a veterinary clinic requires having entrepreneur status, which in practice necessitates registration in CEIDG or KRS.
Foundation Unable to Continue Medical Activities
The foundation, which lacked the required business registration, according to the court of first instance, could no longer conduct veterinary medical activities.
