Warsaw Police Seek Man in 178,000 Zloty Bank Fraud

Warsaw police are investigating a fraud where a resident of Białołęka was conned out of 178,000 złoty by two individuals posing as bank employees in January.

Fraud Investigation Underway

Police from the Warsaw Białołęka Police Station are conducting preliminary proceedings regarding fraud committed using the “bank employee” method.

A resident of Białołęka transferred 178,000 złoty to two men as a result of the scam.

Timeline of Events

The transfer of funds to the fraudsters occurred on January 8th and 9th of this year.
