Prosecutors File Charges Against Both Drivers

According to Gazeta.pl portal, the prosecutor from the Warsaw-Praga South District Prosecutor’s Office issued an order on Tuesday to press charges against both the woman driving a Ford and the man driving a Toyota. The charges relate to causing a fatal traffic accident and causing bodily injuries for more than seven days to three other people.

“The prosecutor found that the behavior of each of these persons was inconsistent with traffic rules and safety, and both contributed to this accident,” Prosecutor Karolina Staros from the Warsaw-Praga Regional Prosecutor’s Office told us. “The charges are identical, but each charge has a slightly different description.”
