Police Car on Emergency Run

Preliminary findings indicate the driver of the unmarked police car was using lights and sirens. Entering the intersection on a red light, the police car collided with the Volkswagen.

Injuries and Response

The force of the impact was significant. The female driver of the Volkswagen was initially unable to exit the vehicle independently. Paramedics, firefighters, and police were dispatched to the scene.
