On Wednesday, 29 October, in the evening hours on Grochowska 331a in Praga‑Południe, a water supply failure occurred. The network damage caused the surface to collapse beneath a parked Renault car.
Firefighters and Police Response
The breach appeared at the vehicle’s parking spot, creating a large hole that prevented normal relocation. Two firefighter units from JRG5 and JRG10 and police were dispatched. Firefighters secured the area, assessed ground stability, and then used specialized transport rollers to move the car.
Vehicle Relocation
After these actions, the owner could safely drive away and park the vehicle elsewhere.
Water Supply Disruption
Because of the interruption of the water service, the network manager sent a tanker truck to provide water for residents of nearby buildings.
