Weekend Milling and Road Restrictions in Multiple Warsaw Areas

From Friday 21 to Monday 24 November, Warsaw authorities will mill and repair asphalt across several districts, causing closures, detours and bus rerouting.

Roadwork Scope and Timing

From the evening of Friday 21 November until the early morning of Monday 24 November, crews will replace asphalt in Ursynów, Praga, Śródmieście and Włochy. Work on the Poniatowski Bridge section will last from 22:00 Friday to 04:00 Monday.

Closure of Rosoła Street

Rosoła will be closed in both directions between Płaskowicka/Branicki intersection and Gandhi/Nugat intersection. Access to the closed section will be cut, and only one‑way exit toward Nugat will remain from Rosoła 58.

Drivers must detour via Płaskowicka, Komisji Edukacji Narodowej Avenue and Gandhi.

Bus Route Adjustments

Lines 166, 179 and night N37 will bypass the affected area using Płaskowicka, Cynamonowa and Gandhi.

Lines 146 and 147 change only toward Falenica and Słomki Lubelskie, taking Targowa and Zieleniecka Avenue to Washington Roundabout.

Poniatowski Bridge Access Changes

Approach to the bridge toward Zwycięzcy is closed from the bridge entry on the PGE Narodowe side, while exit from the bridge toward center and Washington Roundabout will allow only right turns. From the street Wybrzeże Szczecińskie, a left turn toward center is required.

Detours use Francuska and Zwycięzcy streets, with additional routes over the bridge and through Zamość, Sokołów and Targowa to Zieleniecki Avenue.

Washington Avenue Milling Impact

After weekend milling between Kinowa and Wiatraczna, blocks from Washington Roundabout to Kinowa will be closed on Monday 24 November. Drivers will use the second lane of the road in both directions.

From the roundabout toward Kinowa, two lanes will be used, the right lane leading to the local lane and the middle lane for on‑coming traffic. The local lane from the roundabout to Międzynarodowa will remain open.

Anders Street Asphalting Schedule

Work starts overnight 20/21 November and ends Wednesday morning 26 November. Vehicles cannot pass from Nowolipka to Stawka during this period.

The project also includes curbs, road base work, a bicycle path, sidewalk reconstruction and traffic lights, extending to the entire Świętojerska street bicycle lane until end of November.

Krakowska Avenue Works

From 21 to 23 November, the left lane will be closed on both directions for milling between the S2 motorway exit and the city boundary, from 22:00 on Friday. A single lane will remain open.

Wiślanka Road Surface Repair

On Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 November, the entire length of Wiślanka will be closed for milling. Work starts 07:00 and ends 18:00 Sunday. Drivers are advised to park elsewhere, as vehicles left on the road may be towed at owners’ expense.

Bus Routes During Wiślanka Repair

Lines 124 toward Paluch will use Młynarska, Lotnicza, Wesoła and Olszowa streets; night N84ni will go to the Ogrody Działkowe Na Skraju loop.
