What Accounting Clients Should Know About Poland’s National e-Invoicing System

Polish taxpayers must prepare to receive invoices through the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), which is being progressively implemented.

Implementation Status

All taxpayers in Poland should already be ready to receive invoices in the KSeF system. The progressive implementation currently only concerns the obligation to issue structured invoices in this system.

Obligation Details

Businesses are now required to issue structured invoices through the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF). This system digitizes and standardizes the invoicing process across Poland.
