New survey reveals attitudes of Poles toward Ukrainians, showing 41% neutral stance, with opinions on military aid and EU integration.

The survey also examined support for military aid to Ukraine and integration with the EU and NATO. 44% of Poles believe Poland should continue providing military assistance to Ukraine, while 39% are opposed. 52% support Ukraine’s efforts to join the EU, with 25% opposing. 20% supported unconditional Ukrainian accession to NATO, while 32% supported Ukraine joining NATO after the war ends, and 24% expressed opposition.
Social Assistance for Ukrainians in Poland
When asked about social assistance for Ukrainians in Poland, 47% of respondents deemed it excessive, 34% considered it appropriate, and 7% believed it was insufficient. ARCRynek i Opinia President Łukasz Mazurkiewicz noted that “in focus group discussions, it is clear that Poles are increasingly directing their expectations toward the Polish state, asking how to provide assistance in an orderly and long-term manner.”
