When Will US Attack Iran? Former CIA Agent Reveals Trump’s Plan for Surprise Strike

Former CIA officer claims US plans to attack Iran within days, despite Trump’s 10-day diplomatic window.

Date of US Attack on Iran?

Former CIA officer John Kiriakou stated in a podcast with Julian Dorey that American attacks on Iran may be imminent. He claimed a friend, a former CIA officer who was in the White House this morning, said a decision has been made to attack Iran on Monday or Tuesday.

According to Politico sources, attacks could occur as early as this weekend, targeting locations related to Tehran’s nuclear and missile programs.

Trump Keeps His Finger on the Pulse

On Thursday, Donald Trump announced he would take 10 days to decide whether Tehran accepts the agreement terms. “We might reach an agreement. You’ll find out in the next 10 days,” said the Republican.

However, the former CIA officer noted this doesn’t necessarily mean an attack won’t occur during this period.

“The US Has Never Deployed Such Large Forces Without Attacking Before”

University of Chicago political scientist Robert A. Pape published a map showing US troop deployments in the Middle East (as of February 17). This represents 40-50% of US air power worldwide, on a scale similar to the Iraq wars of 1991 and 2003, and the scale continues to grow.

“The United States has never deployed such large forces against a potential adversary without conducting attacks,” the expert assessed.
