Legal Basis
The change is based on Article 28, section 1, point 3 of the Act of August 27, 1997 on vocational and social rehabilitation and employment of disabled persons, consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2025, position 913 as amended.
Effective Date
The updated regulation came into force on January 1, 2025, requiring employers to adjust their workplace rehabilitation committees accordingly.
Obligations
Employers with sheltered workplace (ZPChr) status are now required to provide specialized medical care, counseling, and rehabilitation services to employees.
Changes
The revised regulation has removed the previous requirement to provide immediate medical care, focusing instead on specialized services.
