Wrocław Airport will offer 12 new connections, including flights to Tirana and Paris, expanding its summer 2026 offerings to 29 countries.
New Connections and Expanded Network
Starting this Sunday, Wrocław Airport will introduce 12 new routes for the summer 2026 season, bringing the total number of destinations reachable from Wrocław to 29 countries.
New routes include flights to Tirana, Seville, London-Luton, Rimini, Varna, Podgorica, Ohrid, Reykjavik, Dortmund, Baden-Baden, and Catania.
Ryanair and Wizz Air Expansion
Ryanair is expanding its network with connections to Tirana, Seville, London-Luton, and Rimini, while also increasing frequency on popular routes.
Wizz Air will launch seven new connections, including flights to Varna, Podgorica, Ohrid, Reykjavik, Dortmund, Baden-Baden, and Catania.
Record-Breaking Summer Season Anticipated
Karol Przywara, CEO of Wrocław Airport, stated that the summer 2026 season is expected to be record-breaking in terms of the number of destinations and available offers for passengers, particularly in tourist connections.
Increased Flights to Spain and Malta
The summer 2026 season will focus on vacation destinations, with a significant expansion of flights to Spain, accounting for a 25% increase in overall operations.
Connections to Malta will also increase significantly, by 40%, resulting in an average of nine flights per week.
Growth Driven by Leisure Travel
The growth is primarily driven by leisure flights, which account for 75% of the total increase in operations and now represent 66% of all traffic.
New Direct Connection to Paris
A key addition for the season will be a direct connection from Wrocław to Paris-Orly, operated by Transavia, starting April 16th on Thursdays and Sundays.
Season Dates
The summer season at Wrocław Airport will run from March 29th to October 25th, 2026.
