Collision Details

The incident occurred around 10:30 AM on October 31 on Wyszyńskiego Street in Zamość. Judge Teresa Z.-T. allegedly rear-ended a Honda vehicle. No injuries were reported, but police confirmed the 66-year-old Honda driver was sober, while the judge had over 1.5 per mille alcohol in her system. She was detained at the police station, according to police spokesperson Dorota Krukowska-Bubiło.

Separate Case Involving Judge Jakub Iwańc

Another judge, Jakub Iwańc, is also facing charges for alleged drunk driving. Investigators sought to lift his immunity to press charges, which could result in up to three years in prison.
