Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenski says he fears no one, even Trump, and names the aid Ukraine received after a tense White House clash with the former U.S. president.
Unfazed by Trump
In an interview with The Guardian, Zelenski declared that the world fears Trump, but he and Ukraine do not consider themselves enemies of America. He said Trump was elected by his people, just as he was, and that the United States remains a strategic partner for decades.
King Charles’s Crucial Intercession
During a February meeting at the White House, Zelenski and former President Trump exchanged sharp remarks. Zelenski later claimed that British monarch Charles III helped smooth relations between Ukraine and the U.S. after the incident. He praised the king’s support for Ukraine.
Russia Tests NATO Red Lines
Zelenski warned that Russia is conducting a “hybrid war against Europe” and is testing NATO’s borders. He suggested that before the Ukraine war ends, Russia might open a second front and attack another European nation, contradicting the common belief that Putin’s focus is solely on Ukraine.
