On Saturday, Ziobro highlighted the worsening situation in Polish hospitals, where many are postponing surgeries due to lack of funds, affecting not only general patients but also those with oncological conditions.

Ziobro wrote that denying cancer patients medical care is tantamount to a verdict, noting the urgency of timely treatment and citing his own experience as an oncological patient.
Parliament Authorizes Prosecutorial Action Against Ziobro
On Friday, the Sejm’s Marshal informed the National Prosecutor’s Office of resolutions permitting criminal responsibility, detention, and provisional imprisonment for Ziobro.
Prosecutors Charge Ziobro with 26 Crimes
The prosecutor issued an order presenting former Justice Minister Ziobro with 26 charges, including exceeding authority, neglect of duties, and inciting the organization of a criminal group.
