Legal Consequences for the Minor
Jastrzębie-Zdrój police stated that the family court will be notified regarding the minor’s actions and will determine his fate. The 14-year-old was not legally permitted to operate the 660cc motorcycle, as the minimum age requirement is 24, or 20 with at least two years of holding a category A2 license.
